SHIPPING and HANDLING
CAUTION:
During the summer months (July 1st - Sept 15th) shipments of Bleach
Kits may leak due to extreme changes in temperature. During this time
your shipment of Bleach cannot be guaranteed against damage. Manic Panic
cannot predict extreme changes in temperature and therefore cannot be
held responsible.
Bleach Kits and nail polish can only be shipped via UPS Ground in the Continental US only!!
PLEASE NOTE: All wigs are non-returnable, not eligible for exchange or refund. Colors may vary slightly.
Orders
are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders from our retail site
are processed until 12 noon EST. Orders after 12 noon EST will be
processed on the following business day. Please keep this in mind when
accounting for a delivery date.
Your credit card will be billed ONLY for the items shipped.
Sorry at this time we can not accept AMEX gift cards.
All
of the items in your order must be sent to a single "ship to" address.
If no shipping option is selected, your order will be shipped Ground.
Orders over $60.00 will require a delivery signature.
P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped by USPS.
Out of Stock Merchandise
You
will be notified by Manic Panic via E-mail if your order could not be
completely filled due to items which are temporarily out of stock. If an
item you order is not in-stock, it will be automatically back ordered
and shipped when it becomes available unless you ask us to cancel the back order.
When the back ordered item(s) ship, your credit card will be charged
only for the merchandise and tax; you will not be charged for additional
Shipping and Handling.
If a package is refused by a customer, MANIC PANIC will only refund price of product. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
International Orders (Including Canada)
For most countries for international shipments via US Postal Service there will be a minimum additional $33.95 charge.

Bleach Kits and Nail Polish can not be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Internationally.
State and Local Taxes
Internet
sales are not specifically exempt from sales & use taxes. Tish
& Snooky's NYC, Inc. has activities in New York State that subject
us to NYS State and local laws imposing sales tax collection. Therefore,
Tish & Snooky's NYC, Inc. is required to collect tax on merchandise
sold in New York State via the Internet or otherwise. You may be
interested to know that if a vendor does not charge sales tax, the
purchaser of the merchandise is required individually to remit the tax
to the taxing jurisdiction.
New York State sales taxes are based on the subtotal after shipping and handling.

Customer Returns
At
Manic Panic your satisfaction is our top priority. Our vendor partners
guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase and have a valid reason we will be happy to
talk to you by phone. The item must have been purchased directly from
Manic Panic and within 2 weeks of your call. At that time our Returns
Team will evaluate whether or not the merchandise can be returned. If
the reason is valid a Return Authorization number will be issued to you.
Returns that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization number will
be sent back to the customer. In all cases refunds are not given before
the merchandise has been received. If you purchased the item at one of
our Retail Store, please return the item to the store. We appreciate you
as a customer, please call us to explain your reason for a return at
1-718-937-6055.
CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED - ALL SALES FINAL
Security

error message when you tried to check out, you can use our standard
server.
In this case, information sent over the Internet will not be encrypted.
